• SKY Helicopters conducts primary and advanced helicopter flight training in RobinsonŽ R22, Robinson R44, and SchweizerŽ 300CB helicopters.
• Helicopter Pilot Training Courses include Private, Commercial, Instrument ratings, Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), CFI-Instrument, and ATP.
• A Full-size FLYIT simulator is available for both VFR and IFR flight training, helping to keep costs lower.
• Economical and efficient Instrument Instruction is accomplished in the IFR R22, an IFR 300CB, and the FAA-Approved full-size FLYIT Simulator. Flying the simulator will reduce course cost by more than $3000 compared to flying an aircraft exclusively. Additionally, the simulator can lower overall completion hours needed to demonstrate proficiency for the checkride.

• SKY is an in-house service center for Robinson and Schweizer. Students have the opportunity to view inspections and maintenance of aircraft in progress.
• Training takes place near Dallas Love Field and DFW class B airspace. Students can initially learn without tower contact, then progress into the controlled environment.
  
• Career Training Loans are available from Sallie Mae Corporation. They offer a variety of payback options and attractive interest rates. Sky is an approved flight school and training facility for Sallie Mae Career Training Loans. Download, fill out their simple one page application and then send to us for completion.
